lightroom 4 fun...

Last night I updated to Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4.   The new version adds a lot of nice new RAW editing feature which I got every excited about.  For anyone shooting in RAW (or semi interesteed in photography), I would say Lightroom is a must!

Karmadelic set posted!

Well it's been a long time since I have released a set, and many of you have been bugging me for one for a long time....  so here it is!  :)   Check out the music page for a set that was recorded at Karmadelic in February 2012.

Emerging Images

As some of you know, D and I got a new camera before the holiday season.  We've been quietly snapping away and tuning our skills.  Very recently we got a macro lens that has so far proven to be a lot of fun.   I have posted 9 pictures (excluding the sunrise one) in my images section under "my pictures".  Please check them out, and give any feedback that you may have :)

sounds from the clouds

I recently discovered a music sharing site that seems to have great potential. soundcloud is a site where one can upload their own music (songs, sets, anything really) and post it to share with friends, everyone, or even private invites. They also include a flash widget player you can embed in your own website, or sites like Facebook or MySpace. Not only do I see this as a great way for DJs and other artists to distribute their music, but the general public to share music with their friends (new way to pirate?) with their 'dropbox' feature. The dropbox is a place where anyone can upload a music to you! Like Twitter, you can 'follow' others uploads and make comments about their music.

It will be interesting to watch where this site goes. In the mean time, check out my music section to see their widget player!

site launch

After wanting to start a blog for a couple years, I have finally decided to do so.   Apart from just sharing my thoughts on music, tech, and life in general, I will use this space to promoting my creative endeavours.

My long awaited demo will be coming shortly, which will be a re-recording of my live set at Trance_ission 11; great for those of you that couldn't make it to the show.
